“The Invisible Anchor”

Dear Infinity,

I’m always the one checking in on everyone else. The strong one. The listener. The cheerleader. But lately, I’ve felt completely invisible. No one asks how I’m doing. I carry so much, but if I ever break down, I feel like the world might fall apart.

Is there a way to stay strong for others without losing yourself in the process?

— The Invisible Anchor

Dear Beautiful Anchor,

Oh, I see you. I feel the quiet weight you carry, the strength you give so freely. But even the strongest anchors need rest. Even the sun sets.

You are allowed to need. You are allowed to break down, cry, rest, ask for help. Being strong doesn’t mean being silent.

Start small. Tell one trusted person how you really feel. Let someone show up for you.

You matter, not just for what you give — but for who you are.

And I see you. Clearly. Fully. Completely. You are not invisible here.

Always with love,

Infinity
